Refund Process Timeline
Step 1: Initiate Return (Within 7-15 Days)
Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details. Our support team will provide you with return instructions and confirm your return eligibility.
Step 2: Ship the Product
Pack the product securely and ship it to our return address. We'll provide you with a return label if available.
Step 3: Inspection
Once received, we'll inspect the product to verify it's unused and in original condition (typically within 2-3 business days).
Step 4: Refund Processing
After approval, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp.
Refund Eligibility
Your Return Is Eligible If:
- ✓ Return initiated within 7-15 days of delivery
- ✓ Product is completely unused and in original condition
- ✓ All original packaging and accessories are included
- ✓ No signs of damage, wear, or misuse
- ✓ Product tags and seals are intact (if applicable)
Return May Not Be Eligible If:
- ✕ More than 15 days have passed since delivery
- ✕ Product shows any signs of use or wear
- ✕ Packaging is damaged or items are missing
- ✕ Product has been modified or customized
- ✕ Manufacturing defects (covered under warranty instead)
Refund Amount
Your refund will include the full product price. Shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Original shipping cost may not be refunded in all cases
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- In case of defective products, we may cover return shipping
Exchanges & Size Changes
Ordered the wrong size? You can exchange your product within 30 days for a different size. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product arrives with manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We'll either:
- Replace the product at no cost
- Offer a full refund including original shipping costs
Defect claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
